Welcome
I’m Molly England, and since I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to help others. I prided myself on making others happy, including acting like a mom to my little sister, always doing what others asked of me, even pursuing a career in social work. But over time, I’ve transformed from a people-pleaser into someone who supports others while also showing up for myself. I had no choice. Looking outward for happiness stopped working. There’s only so much you can give before it takes its toll. I had to look within.
Through my personal health and wellness journey, I’ve learned to release the parts of me that no longer serve me and create space for self-love. My worthiness is defined by me. But I didn’t learn all of this on my own.
Navigating life is a shared experience. We’re not meant to go it alone. Allow me to walk alongside you on your path of self-discovery.
You have a voice that deserves to be heard. Together, we’ll uncover your truth so even your past-self can hear you roar as the bold, worthy woman you are.
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York and am currently pursuing a Harvard Medical School course in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching to enhance my expertise in guiding individuals toward personal growth and fulfillment.
With a background in trauma-informed care, perinatal health, and evidence-based practices such as mindfulness and solution-focused approaches, I offer compassionate coaching support for self-improvement. Drawing from my professional expertise and personal insights, my coaching empowers clients to embrace transformation, set meaningful goals, and create fulfilling lives while maintaining a clear distinction between coaching and therapy.*
